About VISCON

What is the Viscon ?

Proven Technology That Reduces Your Carbon Footprint

✔️Viscon is a clean fuel additive consisting of a high-molecular weight, pure hydrocarbon polymer

✔️The base chemical component for Viscon is polyisobutylene (PIB) polymer

✔️Viscon™ fuel technology is covered by United States Patent No. 5,906,665

✔️Viscon’s proprietary technology improves the performance of compression ignition engines as well as spark ignition engines

  • Viscon is a combination of pure hydrocarbons
  • Viscous & Elastic characteristics
  • Reduce growth-by-collision of the fuel droplets
  • Works during injection and mixture
  • Modify extensional viscosity
  • Reduces harmful exhaust emissions
  • Reducing the amount of fuel usage
  • Viscon clean fuel additive is safe for all grades of gasoline and diesel fuel and for all cars, trucks, buses, boats, etc.
  • Not damage catalytic converters or oxygen sensors
  • Compatible with all car’s fuel and fuel system
  • Not contain alcohols or aromatics such as xylene which can cause damage to your engine if used continuously
  • The patented Viscon process transforms the raw PIB(Polyisobutylene) to a liquid state via a temperature controlled mixing process
Product Capacity per day Viscon’s production capacity is 8,085 gallons of Viscon fuel additive per day; sufficient to treat 20,697,600 gallons of diesel per day.

What are the features and performance advantages of Viscon?

Viscon Fuel Additive: Demonstrating Significant Emissions Reductions

- The Texas Low Emission Diesel (TxLED) Program -

1. Particulate Matter (PM) Reduction
The Viscon fuel additive was found to reduce particulate matter emissions by 28.3% during the six-month evaluation conducted by Olson-Ecologic Laboratory and reviewed by TCEQ and the EPA.
2. Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) Reduction
The Viscon fuel additive demonstrated a 10.7% reduction in nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions, further contributing to the program's goal of lowering air pollution from diesel engines.
3. Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Reduction
The Viscon fuel additive also achieved a 5.41% decrease in carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, indicating its potential to mitigate overall greenhouse gas emissions from diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.
4. Reduce Fuel consumption & Carbon offset Credit granted
The Viscon fuel additive reduce fuel consumption by an average of 5%, and it is granted to provide the Carbon Credits based on usage.
